✨ A solo-built, self-hosted AI assistant

Your second brain for email, money, and files.

InviAI connects your inbox, tracks every transaction automatically, reads your documents, and remembers what matters to you — so one assistant handles the busywork your day actually runs on, instead of five disconnected apps.

🔒 Encrypted at rest 🏠 Self-hosted 📱 Web + iOS

One assistant, not five apps

Every piece talks to the same AI and the same memory of you — so insights from your inbox can inform your spending view, and vice versa.

☀️

Daily Brief & inbox triage

Every email gets an AI priority score and intent. Wake up to a single summary of what actually needs you — not 40 unread messages.

💳

Spending, auto-categorized

Transactions are pulled straight from receipt emails and categorized by AI — plus recurring-charge detection so subscriptions never sneak past you.

📄

Document analysis

Drop in a PDF, contract, or statement and get a structured summary — key facts, action items, and dates pulled out automatically.

🧠

Memories

Tell it something once — a preference, a recurring detail — and it's remembered across every conversation, not just the current chat.

📅

Calendar-aware

Upcoming events and deadlines feed directly into the daily brief, so scheduling context is part of the same picture as your inbox.

💬

One chat for everything

Ask it anything — about an email, a purchase, a file — in plain language, with full conversation history saved and searchable.

Up and running in minutes

No setup wizard, no imports, no new habits to learn.

1

With Google or Microsoft — no new password. InviAI gets read-only access to your mail and calendar.

2

It reads quietly

Your last week of email and 30 days of calendar sync in minutes, then stay updated automatically in the background.

3

You get the brief

Priorities, meetings with context, deadlines, and spending — before you've even opened your inbox.

Built to be private, not just smart

Every part of this was designed and built end-to-end — backend, web app, and a native iOS app — with privacy as a default, not an add-on.

🔐

Encrypted at rest

Email bodies and document text are encrypted in the database, not stored as plaintext.

🏠

Your data, your machine

Emails, insights, and memories live in a database you host — no InviAI cloud holds a copy.

🤖

Fast cloud or local AI

Text analysis runs on fast Cerebras Cloud when configured, or fully on a local Ollama model.

⚙️

Modern stack

FastAPI + Postgres backend, Next.js web app, native SwiftUI iOS app.

Same brain, two apps

A full web app for the desktop, and a native SwiftUI app for iOS — same account, same data, same AI underneath. Connect a mailbox once, pick it up on whichever screen you're near.

  • Link multiple mailboxes to one account
  • Full feature parity between web and iOS

Questions, answered

Can InviAI send or delete my emails?

No. It requests read-only access (gmail.readonly / Mail.Read). It cannot send, delete, or modify anything in your mailbox, and you can revoke access anytime from your Google or Microsoft security settings.

Where does my data live?

In a Postgres database on the machine that hosts your InviAI — email bodies and document text are encrypted at rest. There is no central InviAI cloud holding a copy, and your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Which AI does the analysis?

Text analysis runs on fast Cerebras Cloud when configured, or entirely on a local Ollama model on your own hardware. Image analysis always stays local. Nothing goes to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI.

What mail providers are supported?

Gmail and Outlook (personal Microsoft accounts), including their calendars. You can link multiple mailboxes to one InviAI account and see everything in a single brief.

Can I delete everything?

Yes — one button in Settings wipes every synced email, insight, transaction, and memory. Disconnecting a mailbox also removes its data immediately.
